Finally, this week's the final week of the semester. whee! and exams are in 2 weeks. double whee! not. lol. and i haven't been updating my blog for 10 days! o_O
Went to had lunner/dinch (lunch + dinner) at Bernard's juz now. Mum and I were looking at the menu while listening to the serene, soothing instrumental music, until.... "HOH!" and everyone turned and looked at the guy that did that. Ok, fine, maybe he had something in his throat or something. And a few minutes later... "HOH!" Argh! this is irritating. and guess what? it's loud as hell. it also gave up a fright. Dumb guy. he did that like 17 times in about half an hour! >=( if only i can have some invisible tape and tape his mouth, then i can enjoy my food peacefully.
Oh, and i realized the pros and cons of sitting at the seat next to the steps. Pros: it's convenient to move in and out. cons: lots of people need to pass by you AND you're prone to being 'picked' by the lecturers. There's once during dynamics, Dr. Keith (the lecturer) asked us to do the questions in the notes, and i already did it when he was talking (doing questions while listening to lectures is very effective xD) Anyway, i was sitting the, half asleep as usual (it's 9 sumthing in the morning!) and then Dr. Keith came looming over me, nodded and then went back to the com in front. Yikes! and after that, he said something about some of us already know how to do the velocity diagram questions (the topic we were learning about), but some don't so he's gotta repeat. Somehow i got the feeling that he's refering to me. x| And then when he was teaching about gears, he asked us to draw some points stuff, and then he asked something about which diameter to use. and lo and behold, he came next to me and asked me which diameter to use, cause i was looking so blur (but actually i already know the answer. i just feel sleepy that's why i looked blur xD)
The other was during physics. Today, we were learning something about laser, where Dr. Lan said something about the light(stimulator) 'tickling' the atom, making it go to a lower energy level, and emitting light which is identical to the stimulating light blah blah blah. then he said, "let's do a simulation of this." and went up the steps next to me. i was going 'please don't pick me, please don't pick me' well, he didn't pick me, AT FIRST! he turned to the girl at the other side, and said 'tickle, tickle. now u're my identical twin. do we look identical?' they whole class went 'No!!' lol. and the 2nd victim, mua. x| And of course, i immediately pulled kit yee along xD And so, this shows how bad it is to sit at the side x| Lesson learnt: never ever sit at the side
